REGISTRY AND NOTARY


The Registry and Notary department of the Consulate General has the following roles:

– To transcribe civil registry acts concerning birth, wedding and death;

– To issue various documents, such as residence certificates, proof of life, proof of nationality and terms of responsibility.

– To recognize signatures and legalise documents to be used in the Republic of Angola, either by resident persons or companies seeded in the United Kingdom. These documents could be: birth, wedding and death certificates, criminal records certificates, medical certificates, diplomas, curricula vitae, etc.
